Claims (1)
内部を2室に分割するとともに、このダイヤフラ
ムに、前記ハウジングの外方に突出するロツドを
配設し、付勢部材によつて前記ロツドが突出する
向きに付勢し、前記室内の圧力を制御して前記ダ
イヤフラムを介して前記ロツドを所定ストローク
移動させる制御手段を配設したことを特徴とする
アクチユエータ。 (2) 前記制御手段は、一方の室に正圧あるいは
負圧を印加させる圧力印加部材と、前記ロツドが
所定ストローク移動したときに前記室内の正圧あ
るいは負圧を解除するために作動する圧力解除部
材とを有する実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載
のアクチユエータ。 (3) 前記圧力解除部材は、ロツドの移動を検知
して、所定ストロークとなつた際に信号を発する
検知部材と、この検知部材の信号によつて作動す
るソレノイドバルブとを有する実用新案登録請求
