ダイアフラムと、このダイアフラムにプレートを
介して連結した作動ロツドと、上記ダイアフラム
ケースとプレートとの間に介在されて上記作動ロ
ツドを一方向に付勢するコイルスプリングとを備
えるアクチエータにおいて、 上記ダイアフラムに上記プレートを覆う被覆部
を形成して該被覆部に上記コイルスプリングを弾
接させ、かつ該被覆部にコイルスプリングの周面
に係合して該コイルスプリングの位置決めを行な
う位置決め部を形成したことを特徴とするアクチ
