Claims

A hydraulic tilt mechanism is provided between the truck cab and the vehicle body frame for tilting the truck cab from a tilt-up position in which the truck cab is tilted upward relative to the vehicle body frame to a tilt-down position in which the truck cab is tilted down to a predetermined installation position on the vehicle body frame. A cylinder is provided, and a hydraulic circuit that supplies hydraulic pressure to the tilt cylinder moves the piston rod in the tilt cylinder from the tilt down position to the tilt up position; and a tilt up circuit that moves the piston rod in the tilt cylinder from the tilt up position to the tilt up position. A tilt-down circuit is provided for operating the movement to the down position, and when a switching valve is operated to switch between the tilt-up circuit and the tilt-down circuit, the hydraulic pressure sent from a manual pump connected to the hydraulic circuit is applied to the tilt-up circuit. A truck cab tilting device that is supplied into the tilt cylinder via either a circuit or a tilt-down circuit includes a coupling mechanism capable of connecting a switching lever for switching the switching valve to a movable part of the manual pump.
