The present invention relates to a method of forming a pattern that gradually changes to another color and becomes the other color. In the following, when we refer to a shading pattern, we are referring to a pattern that has a portion (shaded portion) where the color mentioned above gradually changes.

In this method, a main injection molding device equipped with an auxiliary injection molding device is used to inject different colored resins from both devices to form a striped pattern. The colors mix slightly, resulting in a blurred pattern.

This method is characterized by spraying paint to form a pattern that gradually changes from the background color of the container body to the color of the paint. According to the present invention, the width of the blurred portion can not only be made uniform but also widened, and there is an advantage that a complicated device is not required.

Figure 2 shows the shape and coating of the spray pattern (dark areas are shown with dense diagonal lines and light areas are shown with coarse lines. The same applies to the following spray patterns) to form a blurred pattern by applying colored spray paint to the tube body. The diagram showing the position and FIG. 3 are diagrams showing a blurred pattern formed on the tube body surface by the apparatus of FIG. 1 and the spray pattern of FIG. 2.

After surface treatment is applied to the cut tube 1, a rotatable mandrel 2 is attached. A type of spray nozzle that is inserted (see Figure 1) and whose spray amount per unit area gradually decreases from the spray center to the periphery, in other words, the center 4 where the coating is applied is thicker and gradually becomes lighter toward the periphery 5. Spray nozzle 3 that can spray so that 5 is the lightest color
was set at a position such that the center of the nozzle 3 faced one end of the container body 1, and orange paint was sprayed from the spray nozzle 3 while rotating the mandrel 2 and rotating the tube body 1. However,

As we go to the right in Fig. 3, the orange color fades and the yellow color increases, and the color gradually changes from the orange part 6a to the yellow part 6b, which is the ground color. I was able to form 1.

(The head fixing process may also be carried out before the coloring spraying.) In the present invention, since the base color of the tube body is used, one coloring spray painting can be applied to two types of dark colored areas and the shading in between. It is possible to form a multicolored pattern with parts.

By spraying edge color paint G on the right end side, the left end of the container and its vicinity become the brightest orange part 6a, and as you move towards the right side of the figure, the orange color gradually decreases and the yellow color gradually increases. It becomes a yellow part 6b after passing through a transition part 6c, and further passes through a part 6d that gradually changes from yellow to green to become a green part 6e at the other end.
A container body was obtained that ended in . This tube body 1 was treated in the same manner as in Example 1 to obtain a finished tube product.

If orange and green paint are sprayed from two spray nozzles having different positions, as shown in FIG. It is possible to obtain a container body having a color of a portion 6d that changes to yellow and a color of a yellow portion 6b.

For example, in the case of a finished product molded by blow molding in the shape shown in Figure 9, a mandrel is inserted through the mouth, and the outside is spray-painted by the method described in the example while rotating the whole. A desired blur pattern can be formed on the surface. At this time, if the material of the object to be painted is a resin having no polar groups such as polyethylene, it is desirable to perform surface treatment such as frame treatment in advance in order to improve the adhesion of the paint.

装飾方法として、本発明方法は特に有用である。 As described above, the present invention has the advantage that it is possible to form a uniform, desired wide color gradient portion on a plastic container body in a short period of time using a simple device. Furthermore, by selecting the base color, the paint color, and the number of spray nozzles to be arranged, it is possible to obtain containers with many combinations of color transitions. The method of the invention is particularly useful.
