第一接地線が前記タンク外の大地に接続され、一端が前
記接続母線と接続されるとともに接地開閉器が介装され
た第二接地線が前記タンク外の大地に接続されてなる縮
小形開閉装置において、前記第一饗地線の他端を前記接
地開閉器と前記タンクとの間に位置する前記第二接地線
