a fixed contact electrically connected to an electrical device housed in a first container and insulated from the first container; an insulating support member airtightly fixed to the opening of the first container; a second container fixed to the first container via a member; a movable contact element that penetrates the insulating support member and can come into contact with and separate from the fixed contact; and a movable contact element that penetrates the second container and is movable. An operation mechanism for driving a contact, which is fixed to the insulating support member and movably supports the movable contact so as to be electrically connected to the movable contact, and is configured to move from the insulating support member to the outside of both containers. A grounding switch comprising a current collecting conductor having a terminal portion protruding from the top, and a connecting conductor for grounding the current collecting conductor.
