電極基板において、表示装置として構成した場合
に外部から見えない前記基板の部分に前記透明導
電膜より電気抵抗の小さい材質のリード部を形成
し、該リード部と前記透明導電膜とを接続して成
ることを特徴とする表示装置用電極基板。 (2) リード部はその一端が透明導電膜と接続さ
れ、他端が外部接続用端子として形成されている
