Claims (1)
- 電磁コイルの軸心縦貫孔に嵌装されたシリンダ
の両端部位に流入口と流出口とをそれぞれ有し、
前記シリンダ内を往復作動する電磁プランジヤを
備え、前記流入口からの流体を前記シリンダ内を
貫流して前記流出口から吐出する電磁プランジヤ
ポンプであつて、前記電磁プランジヤに内蔵され
た不還弁は、可撓弾性体をもつてなるリード弁状
弁体に前記流出口よりも小なる有効断面積を保有
するポンプ停止時その吐出側残存液体逆流排出用
の漏洩孔が穿設されたことを特徴とする電磁プラ
ンジヤポンプ。
