Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
電柱バンド締付器は種々知られているが、ウオ
ーム締付型のものは取扱い操作が容易であるの
で、比較的簡単軽量の器具の取付けには適当して
いる。しかし締付けにより送り出されたバンドの
自由端の余分の長さ分が突出して危険であるので

そこで本出願人は、実公昭57−40326号(実開
昭56−15805号)公報に記載の考案を提案した。
該考案はウオームで送り出されたバンドの自由端
側を、電柱それに巻付けたバンドとの間に受け入
れることによつて外に出さないようにしたもので
ある。そのために上記の送り出し分を受け入れる
空間を必要とし、ウオーム機構側に当るバンドの
端部両側面に電柱に面して折曲げ突起を形成して
その部分のバンドを電柱面から離してある。この
ように各バンドの一端の折曲げ突起加工を行う関
係上、バンドは長尺物を必要長さに切断したもの
では間に合わず、1本1本個別に加工することに

3とから成り、バンド3をその一端をハウジング
2に止着して電柱Pに巻きつけて器具5を取付け
るに当り、締付けによりバンドの自由端3aがバ
ンドの固定側3bの外面上に送り出されるように
ハウジング2にバンド通し孔2aを設け、その送
り出される側に器具5を位置させると共にその送
り出しバンド端部3aを受入れる凹部5aを器具
5に形成し、ウオームの回し部1aを器具5と反
対側に位置させた締付ウオームを備えたバンドと
器具とからなる電柱に器具を取付ける装置であ

る。なおウオームの締付け時の回し方向を回し勝
手の右方向Rとするためにウオームは左ねじとす
る方が良い。又バンド3の一端をウオームハウジ
ング2に溶着するだけでよいから、バンドは長尺
物を切断しウオームに噛み合う長孔を打抜くこと
よつて安価に量産されるもので、前記公知例に比
