Forming the front body using this hair core requires a high level of skill and effort. In other words, it is necessary to form a front body that has the function of adapting to the movements of the body while maintaining a curved surface (bulge) that matches the shape of the body. Make incisions at key points and tighten them (process with darts)
It requires a high degree of skill to create a curved surface while sewing it onto the outer material, and the interlining used must be a so-called wool interlining to obtain an excellent front body.

It has major drawbacks such as lack of movement, and is not particularly desirable as a front body.

It is what you need. The present invention does not require the highly skilled and highly skilled techniques described above, unlike the conventional method of forming the front body using hair core, and uses conventional adhesive sewing technology to form the front body in an extremely simple manner. It is an object of the present invention to provide a woven fabric that exhibits excellent functionality as an interlining material that can form a front body that is no inferior to sewing using conventional hair cores.

O ~ 90%, and depending on how the blending ratio of this side fiber is adjusted, 30% or more of the blended yarn made by blending other synthetic fibers at a blending ratio below J Chili is used as the weft. This invention relates to a characteristically moldable woven fabric. By configuring the woven fabric in this way, we have succeeded in providing a woven fabric with excellent formability that maintains the shape after forming while maintaining a moderate texture. By using the woven fabric of the above structure as an interlining material for forming the front body of a garment, the above-mentioned problems in the conventional sewing process have been successfully solved.

It is an essential element for exhibiting shape retention as well as elasticity and tension between the hair cores. Of the nine essential fine fibers that make up the blended yarn, firstly, the low-melting point polyester fiber has the role of imparting moldability and shape retention while maintaining a moderate texture, and the blended yarn is The reason why the rate is to-50% is 10

In other words, no matter how good the moldability and shape retention properties are, clothing must be able to adapt well to the movements of the body when worn, and for this purpose, stretchability and tension are required. Therefore, natural fibers are essential constituent fibers.

The reason why it is selected is that if it is less than 5 OqIb, satisfactory elasticity and tension will not be exhibited, and if it is more than 90%, a woven fabric with moldability and shape retention cannot be obtained.

By using a blended yarn of 2, it was possible to exhibit excellent formability and shape retention between the cores and the like for the first time. In the present invention, the mixing ratio of this weft yarn is set to be more than &4; of the whole weft yarn, and when it is less than 3 wefts, it is necessary to improve the shape retention after molding and the garment when it is used as a front core for the front body. As a result, changes that are well-adapted to the body's movements cannot be made.

V silicon lano (manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.) was attached to the disinser in dots. This moldable woven fabric is used as a core for the front body of clothes, cut to the desired size, and then temporarily bonded using a one-curve press machine by overlapping the silicone rubber adhesion side with the outer material (wool gyanojin). A curved surface was formed. Next, this material was fixed to the front end and armhole of the garment, and then the temporary bond between the moldable woven fabric and the outer material was peeled off to complete the front body. The obtained front body had an excellent feel, retained the shape of the molded curved surface very well, and had excellent elasticity and tension.
