- 広口びん１の口部１１にリング３を嵌挿固定し

の下端部２１を螺合すると共にその頚部１２との
間に適宜水密手段を講じ、注出筒２……には、上
端部にノズル２２を設け、中間部に内向きフラン
ジ２３を設け、且つ、該フランジから内周に螺条
２４１を有する小さな螺筒２４を垂設し、その内
向きフランジ２３の内周に下方から栓体４を水密
に嵌挿し、該栓体の周壁４１の外周に螺条４１１
を周設して上記螺筒２４の螺条２４１と螺合させ
、該周壁４１の下端に周設した外向きフランジ４
２に上記リング３の歯３１……と対応する歯４３
