送受波装置において、 前記反射器の開口より大径で当該反射面より急
斜面にした反射面を有し、前記検知対象物によつ
て反射された超音波を前記電歪振動子の円筒内周
面および外周面に各々集める截頭円錐状の集波器
を、前記反射器の開口側に連設させたことを特徴
