図において、1は送信用振動子、2は受信用振
動子、3は音響遮断材、4は第1部材、5は第2
部材、6はシヤフト、7はリフレクタ、8は取付
ねじ、10はコネクタ、11は保護材、は漏洩
信号、は受信信号、は干渉信号、はしきい
値である。なお、各図中同一符号は同一または相
当部分を示す。
