Claims (1)
- 発光素子の出射光を光コネクタ付の光フアイバ
に結合する光結合器において、前記出射光をほぼ
平行な光にする集光レンズと、入射端面に受けた
前記平行光を側面で全反射させて出射端面に導き
伝播モードが撹拌された光を前記出射端面から出
射する柱状光伝播素子と、前記光コネクタに機構
的に結合され前記出射端面に近接して前記光フア
イバの入射端を位置させる構造とからなり、前記
柱状光伝播素子の横断面積は前記光フアイバの横
断面積より大きいことを特徴とする光結合器。
