シール筒内のロツドまわりに断熱真空室と気密に
仕切られる圧力室を設けるとともに、常温側の圧
力室に大気を導入する一方低温側の圧力室に作動
ガスを導入して、常温側の圧力室から受圧板に作
用する力と低温側の圧力室から受圧板に作用する
力とをバランスさせるようにしたことを特徴とす
る膨張機の弁駆動装置。
