順次連結して内部に冷媒を封入し、前記圧縮機の
駆動で膨張・圧縮の状態変化を伴つた冷凍サクル
を連続して繰り返す冷凍機を備え、内燃機関が制
動状態になると前記圧縮機が駆動されて、湿気を
含んだ大気を前記蒸発器で冷やし凝縮させて水を
生成することを特徴とする制動エネルギー回収装
