てその上端部にステアリングホイールが取付けら
れるアツパシヤフトにより構成するとともに、前
記ブラケツトの上端部内に前記アツパシヤフトを
周方向へのみ回転可能に支持したコラムチユーブ
を軸方向へのみ移動可能に嵌挿し、かつこのコラ
ムチユーブと前記ブラケツト間には同ブラケツト
に対して前記コラムチユーブを解除可能に結合す
るロツク機構を設けてなるテレスコピツク型ステ
アリング装置において、前記ロツク機構を前記ブ
ラケツトの一側にて進退可能に螺着され同ブラケ
ツトの内外に突出するロツクボルトと、このロツ
クボルトの外端にトルク伝達可能に設けられ回動
操作により同ロツクボルトを進退させる操作レバ
ーと、前記ロツクボルトの内端に設けられ同ロツ
クボルトと一体的に前記ブラケツト内を進退する

にて前記コラムチユーブと前記第１のウエツジロ
ツク部材間に配設され同第１のウエツジロツク部
