- 被研磨物の被研磨面を接触させる研磨面をほぼ
円形の上面に有する回転研磨台と、該回転研磨台
の周囲を包んで設けられた枠体と、前記回転研磨
台の研磨面に研磨剤を導入する研磨剤導入部とを
備え、前記回転研磨台の側面が上端より下方に拡
がる傾斜を有してなることを特徴とする研磨装置
。
