Claims (1)
- 略形もしくは〓形に形成されることにより仕
切壁によつて隔離された２つの収納部を有する筐
体を備え、その一方の収納部に光源光学系を配置
し、他方の収納部に干渉計本体と観測光学系を配
置し、光源から出た光を前記仕切壁に形成された
開口より他方の収納部に導き前記干渉計本体に入
射させるようにしたことを特徴とする干渉計。
