Claims (1)
- 被検物が載置される試料受台と、この試料受台
を光軸方向に移動調整する駆動装置と、前記被検
物の干渉縞コントラストを検出するコントラスト
検出手段と、このコントラスト検出手段により検
出されたコントラスト情報と基準コントラスト情
報とを比較する制御部を備え、この制御部からの
信号により前記駆動装置を駆動して前記試料受台
を移動させることにより前記干渉縞のコントラス
トの変動を防止するようにしたことを特徴とする
レーザー干渉計。
