閉駆動するアクチユエータと、該アクチユエータ
への前記各圧力の導入を切換える切換手段と、機
関の運転状態を検出する運転状態検出手段と、所
定の加速運転時前記排気バイパスバルブが全閉ま
たはその開度が小さくなるよう前記切換手段を切
換え、制御する制御手段と、を備えたことを特徴
