イヤフラムを貫通させるとともに、この第1弁心
棒に外嵌させた第1座金により第1ダイヤフラム
と一体作動可能に設けた吸込流路開閉部と、大気
圧側と第2ダイヤフラムによりしや断した油圧室
を上記空圧室に対して吸気口とは反対側に設ける
一方、第2座金を介して上記第2ダイヤフラムと
一体作動可能に、かつこれを貫通させるとともに
