Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 作動テーブルに取付けられる送りナツト材には
長尺のボールネジ材を螺合し、該ボールネジ材を
機台上にて回転自在に支持し、該ボールネジ材一
端部とモータ出力軸とを、該ボールネジ材一端部
に取付けられる第１のハブと該モータ出力軸に取
付けられる第２のハブと両方のハブに交互に結合
される高剛性中継材とよりなる高剛性カツプリン
グによつて連結して成る高精密位置決め装置にお
いて、 上記高剛性中継材を断熱材質によつて形成して
成ることを特徴とする高精密位置決め装置。
