はその排気中の所定気体の分圧と空燃比λとの関
係を示す図、第５図はその検出電圧と空燃比λと
の関係を示す図である。 １……酸素センサ、９……抵抗、２１……空燃
比検出回路（電流供給手段、濃度測定手段）、Ｄ
１，Ｄ２……ダイオード（非線形素子）。

Claims (1)
- 被測定ガスの酸素濃度に相関するポンプ電流が
供給される酸素センサと、酸素センサに前記ポン
プ電流を供給する電流供給手段と、抵抗素子と所
定の非線形素子に基づいて酸素センサに供給され
るポンプ電流の値を検出し被測定ガスの酸素濃度
を算出する濃度測定手段と、を備えたことを特徴
とする酸素濃度測定装置。
