Claims (1)
- 噴霧頭を具えた回転軸を導電性のエアモータハ
ウジング内において回転可能に支承し、該エアモ
ータハウジングの後端部を絶縁材料からなるイン
シユレータサポートを介して導電性の基台に固定
し、エアモータハウジングの前端部に上記噴霧頭
を包囲するシユラウドを配置すると共に該シユラ
ウドをエアモータハウジングと平行に延びかつ絶
縁性合成樹脂材料からなるシユラウドガイド軸の
前端部に固定し、該シユラウドガイド軸の後端部
を上記基台上に取付けられた導電性の駆動シリン
ダに連結して該駆動シリンダによりシユラウドを
前進後退させ、上記エアモータハウジングに導電
性の支持プレートを固定すると共に該支持プレー
トによりシユラウドガイド軸の中間部を摺動可能
に支持し、該エアモータハウジングに負の高電圧
を印加するようにした回転霧化静電塗装装置にお
いて、上記シユラウドガイド軸の全外周面を四弗
化エチレンからなるコーテイング層で覆つた回転
霧化静電塗装装置。
