ジルコニアセンサーの側外壁面に巻回されたジル
コニアセンサー加熱用のヒータと、このヒータの
加熱温度が所定温度に達したときにヒータ及びジ
ルコニアセンサーから発光される赤外線の光路上
に順に設けられた赤外線透過セル及び赤外線検出
器とを備え、この赤外線透過セルが測定ガス導入
部と測定ガス排出部を備えるとともに、赤外線検
出器が前記測定ガス又はこのガスと同等のガスが
封入された赤外線入射室を前後に備え、さらにこ
の両室の境界部にその両室内の圧力差を検出する
検出手段を備えてなる赤外線ガス分析計。 ２ 検出手段が、コンデンサマイクロホン、マイ
クロフローセンサー、半導体センサーなどからな
