第１図はこの考案の一実施例を示す構成図、第
２図は従来の温度測定装置の一例を示す構成図、
第３図は、第２図の温度センサの波長依存性と温
度との関係図、第４図は第２図の発光素子のスペ
クトルと温度センサの透過光との関係を示す図で
ある。 図において、２，４は光フアイバ、６は光源と
しての発光素子、９は温度センサ、１５は分光器
としての回折格子、１６はフオトダイオードアレ
イ、２１は演算回路、２２はパルス発生器である
。なお、各図中同一符号は同一又は相当部分を示
す。

Claims (1)
- 光の透過率が温度の関数として変化する材料か
らなる温度センサを光フアイバの通路に設け、光
源からの光を上記温度センサに導き、上記温度セ
ンサを透過した光を分光器で分光した後、電気信
号に変換し、所定レベル以上の光出力の波長成分
の最低波長から温度を測定するものにおいて、上
記光源をパルス駆動し、このパルスと同期して上
記分光器の出力を取り出し、上記光源が点灯して
いるときの出力と消灯しているときの出力との差
を上記光出力として信号処理することを特徴とす
る温度測定装置。
