It requires a length approximately equal to the height of the tank, and in this case, the weight of the entire device will be loaded on the top of the device.

(See figure) A hard reinforcing body 3 is formed by leaving both ends of a brass pipe 1 of the required length and removing one side of the central part to form a window 2. Connect lead wires to both ends of the rigid reinforcing body 3 through the window 2 and into the reinforcing body 3. A temperature measuring element 6 having protruding parts 4 and 5 is housed therein, and covered conductor wires 7 and 8 are inserted through the holes at both ends of the reinforcing body 3, and the respective tips are abutted against the lead wires 4 and 5, respectively, and the parts are soldered to 11. Then, both conducting wires 7 and 8 and the temperature measuring element 6 are connected. In order to prevent damage to the covered conductive wires 7 and 8 due to the caulking work described later, a thick silicone rubber heat-shrink tube 9 may be provided between the hard reinforcing body 3 and the covered conductive wires 7 and 8.

化し完成品とする。(See Figure 4) After caulking 10 a part of the brass pipe 1 at both ends of the hard reinforcing body 3 to fix the relationship between the hard reinforcing body 3 and the covered conductors 7 and 8, the reinforcing body is inserted through the window 2. Fill the inside of 3 with epoxy resin and connect both conductors 7 and 8.
, the soldering part 11, the temperature measuring element 6, etc. are embedded in the reinforcing body 3, and then a silicone rubber heat-shrinkable tube 12 is inserted so as to cover all of them.
This is heated and contracted, and the shrinkage pressure strongly integrates the covered conductive wire 7, the hard reinforcing body 3, and the covered conductive wire 8 into a complete product.

完全である。 As described above, the connection portion between the temperature measuring element 6 and the conductive wires 7 and 8 and the temperature measuring element 6 are double reinforced by the hard reinforcing body 3 and the silicone rubber heat shrink tube 12 which is a soft reinforcing body, and the external reinforcing body is particularly soft, so
It is shock resistant, watertight, and fully internally reinforced and protected.
