The connection is made via a connecting metal 4 that can be fitted and inserted into the connected terminal 2. However, in order to ensure the insulation and moisture resistance of this connection part, an insulating tube 5 is placed over the connection part as shown in Fig. 2, and a moisture-resistant protective material 6 is further applied on top of it as shown in Figure 2. It costs a lot of money.

Since the connection part is insulated and protected inside the ceramic case, the purpose is to alleviate the inconvenience of having to do the connection work externally, and also to make it possible to connect fixed resistors and covered wires at low cost. Another object of this invention is to provide a concave groove in the ceramic case so that a fixed resistor can be easily and reliably attached to the pipe.

Resistance connection portions 7a of the metal cap 7 are inserted into both ends of the resistance element 8, and are attached by being pressed into contact with the pressure contact portions 7a'. Further, a covered electric wire 9 is inserted into the electric wire connection part 7b of the metal cap 7,
The exposed core wire 10 of the covered electric wire 9 is attached by pressure contact at the pressure contact portion 7b'.

例の固定抵抗器が構成されている。 In this way, the resistance element 8 and the covered wire 9 are connected via the resistance connection part 7a and the wire connection part 7b of the metal cap 7, so there is no need to connect using a complicated method as in the past. It's convenient. Next, as shown in FIG. 5, an arc-shaped concave groove 12 is formed on the surface of the ceramic case 11 on the side opposite to the opening surface, which is the side to be attached to the pipe, etc., to facilitate attachment to the pipe. It is provided from end to end in the longitudinal direction. Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the fixed resistor of this embodiment is constructed by providing a concave notch 13 in the opening surface to prevent the mounting fitting from shifting.

Further, according to the fixed resistor of the present invention, the ceramic case has a concave groove extending from end to end in the longitudinal direction of the surface to be attached to the pipe opposite to the opening surface of the ceramic case, and is parallel to the longitudinal direction of the ceramic case. Since only the covered wires are exposed from the end face of the ceramic case, when the fixed resistor is fixed to the pipe with the mounting bracket, the covered wires do not get in the way and the installation is easy. Moreover, since the covered electric wire is parallel to the longitudinal direction of the pipe, the wiring can be routed in the shortest possible length, which is economical.Furthermore, it is easy to hold the covered electric wire in the middle of the pipe, contributing to the beauty of the wiring.
