- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 酸素ガス透過性の大きいプラスチツク製の袋
若しくは容器に、水分活性０．９０（測定温度２
５°Ｃ）以上を示すでんぷん性含水食品を封入し
た包装体１と、脱酸素剤の包装体２とを、酸素ガ
ス透過性の小さいプラスチツク製若しくはプラス
チツクとアルミニウムの積層フイルムより製造さ
れた袋若しくは容器３に入れ完全密封してなるこ
とを特徴とするでんぷん性含水食品の包装体。 ２ 前記でんぷん性含水食品を封入した包装体１
が、間欠シールされているか、あるいは包装体１
にピンホール程度以上の大きさの孔を１ケ所若し
くは２ケ所以上設けてなる実用新案登録請求の範
囲第１項に記載のでんぷん性含水食品の包装体。
