In addition, in the latter case, the wax may not penetrate uniformly into the mesh, resulting in uneven finish, and brazing may reduce workability due to machining, leading to increased costs.

したものである。<Structure of the Invention> (Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention provides a means for solving the problems by removing the numerous sparse portions protruding from the longitudinal side edges of the mesh thin strip material or the longitudinal side edges including the barbed portions of the mesh thin strip material. If welding occurs before compression processing, at the compression processing stage, or after compression processing, and if the mesh thin strip material is before compression processing or at the compression processing stage, it is shaped after welding, and if the mesh thin strip material is after compression processing, This utilizes the technical means disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 58-80479 filed by the present applicant in which a shaping layer is formed after welding.

The ends of the metal wires do not rise and protrude, and there is no need to worry about unevenness in the finish. The welded ends of the metal wires have a smooth, rounded finish.

Since the mesh band was constructed without removing the metal wire, there is no end of the metal wire.
It is possible to provide safe products that eliminate concerns about damaging skin, clothing, etc. Furthermore, since no wax is used, the finish is even and uniform, making it possible to provide a homogeneous product.
