The conveyor 18 is made up of several strips of belt plates (tea) 18b made of, for example, rubber plates, with a slight gap between them to prevent the washing water from flowing down between the conveyor belts 18b. belt plate 18a
forms an inclined surface that descends in the direction of travel. The object 16 to be cleaned is placed inside the cover 20 and first the rough cleaning nozzle 26 removes as much abrasive and oil as possible.
The fixed rough cleaning nozzle 26 can be formed by drilling one or several nozzle holes radially along the arcuate surface of the bottom surface of the nozzle 8 and arranging the nozzle holes in series. Furthermore, the cleaning effect can be increased by rotating the suspension pipes and shaft rods that support the five pipes 28 or by changing the swinging shower angle. Furthermore, it is also possible to apply the shower from the side or from below by making the conveyor belt into a mesh shape. The cleaning liquid ejected from the rough cleaning nozzle 26 is an aqueous solution-1 containing detergent, and falls through a gap in the belt conveyor 18 into a water collection circulation tank 30 installed below the conveyor. A pipe is connected to the pump 22 through a strainer 32 at the lower part of the water collection circulation tank 30, and piping is provided from the pump 22 to the rough cleaning nozzle 26. The water collection circulation tank 30 is divided into two tanks by a puff fresh filter 34 made of a mesh wire mesh that partitions the right half and the left half. 36 is an overflow pipe, 38 is a drain plug, and 40 is a ball tap to keep the liquid level constant.

の効果を得る。(Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the present invention, rough cleaning can be performed from the front and back and from the left and right by simply placing the object to be cleaned on the conveyor, and dangerous cleaning solutions such as petroleum are not used. It is possible to perform sufficient rough cleaning automatically even without the need for a cleaning agent, which significantly improves safety and reduces costs. Furthermore, by tilting the belt plate, it is possible to drain water well even when cleaning the entire slicing table, and the cleaning effect of the jetted water can be enhanced. Since the rough cleaning section and the final cleaning section are separate systems, it is possible to increase the number of times the cleaning water is circulated and to effectively eliminate foaming. Furthermore, effects such as a significant reduction in man-hours and a significant improvement in work efficiency are obtained.
