Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 炉心管に上蓋をかぶせ該炉心管内のスス体を
反応ガス中で加熱して焼結する光フアイバープリ
フオーム製造用のスス体脱水焼結装置において、
上蓋が炉心管上部のフランジと合わせられるフラ
ンジ部１５と垂直なシード棒を通す長尺のシール
円筒２５から構成された一体物であり、シール円
筒の孔の内径とシード棒の間の隙間を小さくし、
該隙間にシール用不活性ガスを炉心管内の反応ガ
スより高い圧力になるよう流入して炉心管内の反
応ガスの漏洩を防止することを特徴とするスス体
脱水焼結装置。 ２ シール円筒に不活性ガスの送入口と排出口を
もうけたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
囲第１項記載のスス体脱水焼結装置。 ３ シール円筒の上部とチヤツクの間をベローズ
等の可撓性封止部品により連結することを特徴と
する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のスス体
脱水焼結装置。 ４ 炉心管上部あるいは上蓋下部のフランジに冷
却ジヤケツトをもうけてフランジ部を冷却し、両
フランジの合わせ目にソフトパツキングを挿入し
て該合わせ目を密封することを特徴とする実用新
案登録請求の範囲第１項乃至第３項いずれかに記
載のスス体脱水焼結装置。 ５ 上蓋上部とチヤツクを着脱自在に連結するレ
バー等の部品をもうけ、チヤツクと上蓋を連結し
てスス体を炉心管内に装着、あるいは取り出すよ
うにしたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
囲第１項乃至第４項いずれかに記載のスス体脱水
焼結装置。
