(Technical background of the invention and its problems) Generally, as shown in Figures 5 and 6, hoisting type elevators are equipped with anti-vibration rubber %2 etc. on a machine beam 1 horizontally suspended in the machine room above the elevator hoisting path. A plurality of rows 77 are wound around and suspended from the main sheave 6 for lifting attached to the output shaft 5, and a car 8 is suspended from one end of the row 77, and a counterweight 9 is suspended from the other end. By driving the hoisting machine 4, the car 8 and the counterweight 9 are moved up and down relative to each other via the row 17, thereby performing a lifting operation.

By the way, the deflecting sheave 10 is usually made of cast iron, has a bearing (not shown) built into its boss, and is rotatably supported by a shaft 12 provided on the upper part of the machine bed 3 via a bracket 11. ing. As the row 17 wound around the deflection sheave 10 moves while being bent along the outer peripheral contact part of the deflection sheave 6 as the elevator goes up and down, repeated bending stress is applied to the row 0-17. If the stress is large, the life of the row 77 will be significantly reduced, so the deflection sheave 10 is usually made to have a large diameter, 36 times or more the diameter of the rope 7. Therefore, the conventional deflection sheave 10 is large and heavy, and its manufacturing cost is high.
Moreover, there is a problem in that transportation and installation are difficult, and the moment of inertia is large due to the large weight, which causes separation between the rope 7 and the deflection sheave 10 when the elevator is started and stopped. There is a problem in that the wear of the 0-17 and the deflection sheave 10 is accelerated, resulting in a shortened lifespan.

This invention was made in view of the above circumstances, and it can satisfactorily solve the conventional problems, make 4Pf, be easy to handle in terms of transportation and installation, reduce costs, and provide a rope with a large bending stress. It is an object of the present invention to provide a rope deflection device for an elevator hoisting machine, which has a very small moment of inertia, reduces wear on the rope, and has a very practical effect.

In order to achieve the above object, the rope deflecting device for an elevator hoisting machine of the present invention is used as a means for deflecting a rope wound around a main sheave of an elevator hoisting machine to a hanging center position of a car or a counterweight. This is a configuration in which a plurality of small diameter rope guide ports O are arranged close to each other along an arc shape without using a large deflection sheave.

Two embodiments of this invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4. Components in the figure that have the same configuration as the conventional ones shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 are given the same reference numerals, and the explanation thereof will be simplified. Here, a pair of left and right brackets 13 are attached to the lower part of the machine bed 3 at approximately the same positions as in the conventional case, and a plurality of small diameter rope guide ports 015 (for example, 311) are connected between the brackets 13 via shafts 14, respectively. are arranged along an arc shape in a state where they can be rotated individually and close to each other, and one of the plurality of rows 77 wound around the main sheep 6 is connected to each of the small diameter rope guide rollers 1.
5... are sequentially contacted and guided, and deflected so as to hang down to the suspension center position of the counterweight 9 while drawing a gentle curve as a whole. As shown in FIG. 3, each rope guide port 015 has a cylindrical shape rotatably attached to the shaft 14 through a pair of needle roller bearings 16 and a retaining ring 17 at both ends. Guide grooves 158 having an arcuate cross section corresponding to the number of ropes 7 are formed on the surface.

Therefore, in the rope deflection device for an elevator hoisting machine having the above configuration, even if the rope guide rollers 15 are configured using small diameter rope guide rollers 15, a plurality of the rope guide rollers 15 are arranged close to each other and follow an arc shape. Since it is arranged as follows, 0-77
is not bent significantly at the contact portion of each guide roller 15,
It is deflected so as to hang down to the suspension center position of the counterweight 9 while drawing approximately the same gentle curve as that guided by the conventional large-diameter deflection sheave 10, and as a result, the row 77
The repeated bending stress is small and does not cause a decrease in service life. Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the contact angle θ of the row 17 with respect to the small diameter rope guide rollers 015 is small, and the force applied to the guide roller 15 is the resultant force F2 of the tension F1 of the rope 7.
The resultant force F2 = 2Ft cioi (90'-
1>, which is much smaller than the conventional large-diameter deflection sheave 10, so there is no problem in reducing the size and weight of the rope guide roller 15, its bearing 16, shaft 14, etc.
At the same time, it is only necessary to arrange the rope guide rollers 15 on the arc-shaped IH that contacts the row 17, so that the rope deflection device as a whole can be made smaller and lighter. In addition, even if the bearing 14 etc. is damaged, the rope deflection device can be immediately removed. This does not cause any fatal damage to the overall function, improving safety, and since the damaged parts only need to be replaced, it is economical and work can be done easily and quickly on site.

There is almost no slippage between the rope 7 and the guide roller 15, and the wear of the rope 7 and guide rollers 15 is reduced accordingly, extending their lifespan.

As described above, this invention uses a conventional large deflection sheave as a means for deflecting the rope wound around the main sheave of the elevator hoist to the center of suspension of the car or counterweight, and uses a plurality of small diameter deflection sheaves. Since the lobe guide rollers are arranged close to each other in an arc shape, each part and the entire device can be made smaller and lighter, making it easier to manufacture, transport, and install. , it is possible to reduce costs, and it does not apply large bending stress to the rope, and the moment of inertia is very small, reducing wear along with the rope, and greatly extending the life of the rope. This is a rope deflection device for elevator hoisting machines that has great practical effects.
