  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 機枠と、この機枠に設けられ巾方向所定の
    間隔毎に畝を造成する畝成形体と、上記機枠に設
    けられ上記畝成形体を高さ調節自在に支持する接
    地体と、この接地体の後部に上下方向回動自在に
    取着され上記畝成形体によつて成形された畝溝の
    土を掻き集めて畝溝に隆起部を断続的に形成する
    集土体と、を具備したことを特徴とする畝立マル
    チ装置。 (2) 集土体は、接地体を上下方向位置調節自在
    に支持した支持部材に支軸を介して上下方向回動
    自在に取着され、断続的に上下動されることを特
    徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の畝
    立マルチ装置。
