Abstract

PURPOSE:To efficiently carry-out the loading and unloading of a container by suspending the container by a ceiling crane after carried-in to a container carry-in/out passage and changing the direction of the container by 90 deg. and piling-up the containers in multistages at a prescribed position through the transverse traveling. CONSTITUTION:A container 8 is carried-in to a loading position in the container carrying-in/out passage B of the storage equipment by a transport means 9. At this time, the longitudinal direction of the container is set parallel to the carrying-in/out passage B. Therefore, after suspended by a ceiling crane 6, the container 8 is direction-changed by nearly 90 deg. on the carrying-in/out passage B. Then, the ceiling crane 6 is traveled transversely, and one edge of the container 8 is engaged with between the container guide metal fittings 7 and 7 installed onto a supporting frame 1, and separated from the ceiling crane. Thus, a prescribed number of stages are superposed onto the both sides of the carrying-in/out passage B. In unloading, the reverse operations are carried-out. Therefore, the crane is traveled transversely in the longitudinal direction of the container, and the time used exclusively for the crane 6 per container can be shortened, and loading and unloading work can be carried-out efficiently.

A Ganchika Yai crane was used. Multi-level container storage facilities using the so-called cell guide system used on container ships have been realized. That is, the facility assembles runway girders for traveling overhead cranes at appropriate intervals on the container storage site, and also installs a number of vertical cell girders to guide and support container corners between the girders. Then, run an overhead crane on the runway girder,
Containers brought in by means of transport such as trucks are first lifted up and partially lifted above the cell girder, then guided by the cell girder and stacked from below.

In this case, the containers are arranged in parallel so that their longitudinal directions are parallel to the runway girder, and are stacked in multiple rows vertically and horizontally without leaving any gaps between the two runway girders.

However, with conventional container storage facilities such as those mentioned above, there are restrictions on use depending on the loading method used, and it is naturally possible to load only a limited number of containers.
The site and space cannot be used effectively. According to the cell guide type multi-tiered container storage facility described above, a large number of cell guides must be installed to support the containers, which makes the facility itself complicated and increases costs.

Furthermore, in order to establish cell guides and stack containers sequentially in multiple rows from one side of the runway girder,
- When loading and unloading containers, it was necessary to go over the top of the cell guide, so the overhead crane usage cycle was long and efficient work was not possible. In order to quickly load and unload a predetermined number of containers, it was necessary to increase the number of overhead cranes.

[Means/effects for solving the problem] The present invention was proposed to achieve the above object, and the present invention was proposed in order to achieve the above-mentioned object. In a container storage facility where containers are lifted and stacked in multiple stages, an overhead crane lifts the container and then turns the container 90 degrees so that the longitudinal direction of the container is perpendicular to the runway garter used by the overhead crane. The containers are arranged in parallel so as to be located at the container loading/unloading route, and a container guide hardware is attached to the container guide hardware, and one end of the containers is engaged with the hardware so that the containers can be stacked in multiple stages. It was lifted up by an overhead crane.

In short, according to the present invention, in a container storage facility in which the containers brought into the loading/unloading route are lifted up and stacked in multiple stages by an overhead crane that straddles the container loading/unloading route, the ceiling crane straddles the container loading/unloading route. After hoisting the container, the container is turned approximately 90 degrees, and the containers are arranged in parallel on top, with the longitudinal direction of the container being perpendicular to the traveling runway girder of the overhead crane;
The containers are stacked in multiple tiers on both sides of the loading/unloading route, and if necessary, a container guide hardware is attached to the support frame of the runway girder for traveling of the overhead crane, and one longitudinal end of the container is engaged with the hardware, so that the container can be stacked on both sides of the ceiling. It is extremely useful for industry because it can realize a container storage facility with a simple structure that can efficiently stack a large number of containers in multiple stages within a predetermined site using a crane, and can load and unload containers efficiently in a short time. It is something.
