口カップと湯口棒を別々に成形する際、まず湯口棒を配
置した模型面に加熱されたプラスチックフィルムを吸引
成形し、次いで湯口棒上にフィルムで被われた湯口カッ
プを降し、接触した上下フィルムを熱にて溶断すると同
時に湯口棒の太さに周囲を溶着することにより、湯口部
キャビティを成形しその後鋳型用珪砂を入れて、負圧を
かけ鋳型を得ることを特徴とする減圧造型鋳型の湯口製
