【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 絶縁体基板上にセンサー素子及び該センサー
素子に近接したヒータが設けられ、かつセンサー
素子に接続される一方の電極がヒータに接続され
る一方の端子に接続されてなるガス検出器におい
て、 センサー素子に接続される上記一方の電極及び
/又はそれにつながるリード線が該センサー素子
に接続される他方の電極を取り囲んでいることを
特徴とするガス検出器。 2 センサー素子の上記一方の電極及びそれにつ
ながるリード線が電極近傍でU字形に形成されて
おり、そのU字形の湾曲部内にセンサー素子の上
記他方の電極が設けられている実用新案登録請求
の範囲第1項記載のガス検出器。 3 絶縁体基板がセラミツクからなる実用新案登
録請求の範囲第1項又は第2項記載のガス検出器
。 4 センサー素子以外が保護層で覆われている実
用新案登録請求の範囲第1項ないし第3項のいず
れかに記載のガス検出器。
