は本考案のガス検出器が内燃機関排気中の酸素濃
度を検出する酸素センサに適用された実施例を示
しており、第２図は本酸素センサの構造全体を、
第３図は内筒内に固定されたガス検出器の端子部
分を、第４図はその端子に接続されるリード線の
外筒取付構造を夫々表わす部分断面図、第５図な
いし第１０図はガス検出器１０の組立て手順を示
し、各図において夫々イは正面図、ロはＡ―Ａ線
端面図、第１１図はガス検出器、１０の端子の接
続を示し、イは正面図、ロは右側面図、第１２図
は比較例の正面図、第１３図は実施例のガス検出
器１０にスペーサ１５を取付けた斜視図である。

Claims (1)
素子に近接したヒータが設けられ、かつセンサー
素子に接続される一方の電極がヒータに接続され
る一方の端子に接続されてなるガス検出器におい
て、 センサー素子に接続される上記一方の電極及び
／又はそれにつながるリード線が該センサー素子
に接続される他方の電極を取り囲んでいることを
特徴とするガス検出器。 ２ センサー素子の上記一方の電極及びそれにつ
ながるリード線が電極近傍でＵ字形に形成されて
おり、そのＵ字形の湾曲部内にセンサー素子の上
記他方の電極が設けられている実用新案登録請求
の範囲第１項記載のガス検出器。 ３ 絶縁体基板がセラミツクからなる実用新案登
録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記載のガス検出器
。 ４ センサー素子以外が保護層で覆われている実
用新案登録請求の範囲第１項ないし第３項のいず
