Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. １個のベース上に直線案内機構と、リンクレバー機構と
    クランプ検出機構を備え、１個のシリンダを駆動源とし
    て３個の爪を設け、第３個の爪のうち２個の爪はストッ
    パーとなり、残りの爪をバネで動作させ、該バネのたわ
    み量によりクランプしたことを確認検出することを特徴
    とするクランプ機構。
