Claims (1)
- 加熱コイルに高周波交流を供給して金属製の被
加熱体を誘導加熱する誘導加熱調理器に於いて、
ステンレス鋼にて両表層を形成し両表層間に熱伝
導性の良好な金属層を介在させて少なくとも三重
構造となし調理器内の前記加熱コイル下方に位置
せる被加熱体と、該被加熱体との間に被調理物を
配置する空間を有して被加熱体下方に位置する被
調理物載置部材とを備えたことを特徴とする誘導
加熱調理器。
