Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) フライメントに所定の張力を与え支持する
フライメントアンカーと陽極基板上に低融点ガラ
スにより取付固定されたフライメントサポートが
陽極基板を透過したレーザ光線により溶接固定さ
れた蛍光表示管において、前記フイラメントサポ
ートの複数個のレーザ光線照射点はフイラメント
サポートと陽極基板の接触面に空隙部が形成され
ていることを特徴とする蛍光表示管。 (2) 空隙部は、フイラメントサポートの陽極基
板に接する側に設けたハーフエツチング部にて形
成したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
第(1)項記載の蛍光表示管。 (3) 空隙部は、フイラメントサポートの陽極基
板に接する側に設けたプレスによる突起部のくぼ
み部にて形成したことを特徴とする実用新案登録
