Claims (1)
- 円柱状鉄心中央部に検査コイルを巻着し、両端
部に円筒状の永久磁石を嵌着し、前記永久磁石は
その磁化方向が鉄心の軸心線と直交する方向で、
かつ一方端の永久磁石は外周がＮ極、内周がＳ極
、他方端の永久磁石は外周がＳ極、内周がＮ極の
着磁とした渦流探傷用プローブにおいて、前記鉄
心の両端部を曲面円錐状に形成し、この鉄心の両
端部形状に合せて嵌合する内周面とし均一な厚さ
の中空曲面円錐状とした永久磁石を嵌着したこと
を特徴とする渦流探傷用プローブ。
