、 該感光体ドラムの回転速度を電気信号で検知す
る手段、 該回転速度に対応した電気信号を直流電圧に変
換する手段、および 該直流電圧が印加されて、前記レーザビームの
走行方向を補正するピエゾ半導体手段とを具備し
、 前記感光体ドラムの回転速度の変化に関係なく
前記感光体ドラム上におけるレーザビームの副走
査方向の間隔が一定になるようにしたことを特徴

エゾ半導体手段が、レーザ発生器または光学系中
の反射鏡に固着されたピエゾ素子であることを特
