Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a complex heat-cooking apparatus excellent in quality and reliability having no problems such as sparks due to high-frequency radio wave, radio wave loss and the like by providing flanges for keeping intervals between the wall surfaces of a heating chamber and heater elements, and providing slits at a substantially equal interval at the tip ends of the flanges. CONSTITUTION:A planar heater unit comprises flanges 5, 6, 7, and 8 formed by perpendicularly bending four sides of square and planar shape of one sheet with respect to the planar surface, further parallel flanges 9, 10, 11 and 12 formed by bending the tip ends of the flanges in parallel with respect to the planar surface, and a plurality of slits 13 are provided equidistantly in the parallel flanges 9-12. The planar heater unit 1 is mounted on the upper part of an oven case so that the parallel flanges make contact with the upper wall of the oven case. Since the length of each parallel flange is made in a dimension of approximately 1/4 of the waveform used, the tip ends of the flanges become open ends of the radio wave, and the root portion spaced apart by lambda/4 becomes a short portion. The slits 13 prevent the outer peripheral components of the radio wave from propagating by the slow-wave operation.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Field of Industrial Application The present invention utilizes electric heaters and high-frequency radio waves. Conventional composite heating cookers that use surface heaters as grill heaters can be used in ovens as shown in Figure 4. The earthen wall itself was made up of surface heaters.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, the disadvantage of this structure is that heat dissipates rapidly from the oven wall to the other walls that make up the oven, and the heater element protrudes outside the oven. The same amount of heat radiation is emitted from the open oven as the heat radiated into the oven, resulting in extremely poor thermal efficiency.

In addition, since the surface heater itself forms one wall of the oven cabinet by spot welding, etc., if a defect such as a disconnection of the heater or a damaged terminal occurs, it is not possible to replace only the heater and the cooker itself. There was also the problem that it became unusable.

Therefore, as a solution to this problem, it may be possible to construct the open oven wall with ordinary metal plates and install a surface heater inside the oven, but in this case, the surface heater itself becomes a load of high-frequency radio waves. In addition to causing considerable radio wave loss, since the heater element is directly exposed to the high-frequency electric field, the high-frequency electric field can generate sparks between the heater elements, damaging the heater element. There were many problems, such as the need for a special sealing device to prevent radio waves from leaking into the oven.

By providing a flange on the working surface heater device to maintain a distance between it and the oven wall, and providing a slit in the contact area of the flange with the oven wall, wasteful heat dissipation from the surface heater can be avoided. can be kept to a minimum, thus greatly improving thermal efficiency. In other words, by providing a space between the sheet heater device and the oven chamber wall, an air layer between the two forms a heat insulating layer, which prevents heat dissipation from the heater to the outside of the oven chamber. By providing a slit in the contact area between the flange and the oven chamber wall, the contact area between the flange and the oven chamber wall is made as small as possible, thereby preventing heat dissipation due to conduction heat from the flange section to the oven chamber wall.

In addition, the slit provided in the flange can prevent high-frequency radio waves from entering the back side of the sheet heater device, that is, between the sheet heater and the open storage wall, thereby preventing the sheet heater from being subjected to the radio wave load. Since it is possible to prevent radio waves from being consumed by radio waves, the efficiency of radio waves can also be improved.

As shown in FIGS. 1(a) and (b), the surface heater device is provided with a flange portion 5.6, 7°8 which is formed by bending the four sides of a rectangular flat plate at right angles to the flat plate surface. Further, the tips of each flange portion are bent parallel to the flat plate surface to form parallel flange portions 9°, 10, 11, and 12, and a plurality of equally spaced slits 13 are provided in these parallel flange portions 9 to 12. As shown in FIG. 2, the zero-side heater device is attached to the upper part of the oven chamber so that the parallel flange portion and the oven soil wall are in contact with each other. Since the length of the parallel flange is approximately 1/4 of the wavelength used, the tip of the flange becomes the open end of the radio wave, and the root part separated by λ/4 becomes the seat part. As is well known, the slit 13 prevents the propagation of the components of the radio wave in the outer circumferential direction due to the slow wave effect.

It is better to make the width of the slit 13 as large as possible in order to reduce heat conduction, but in terms of radio waves, it is necessary to make the width λ/4 or less. Although this structure does not have a perfect choke structure, when the entire surface heater device is attached to the upper part of the oven interior, the surface heater device and the upper oven wall 14
It has sufficient performance to suppress the amount of radio waves that enter between the wall and the wall to a few 1 to several tens of WW, and if it is kept to that level, the surface heater is as effective for radio waves as other walls that make up an open storage. It only acts as a load, and is not a problem in terms of radio wave loss. Regarding radio wave leakage to the outside of the open oven, in order to keep the power density in the space consisting of the oven wall and the surface heater device low, a flange is installed at the opening 16 through which the lead wire 15 of the surface heater passes. If the portion 17 is provided to make it as difficult as possible for the radio waves to get onto the lead wire, it is possible to sufficiently prevent the problem from becoming a problem.

Effects of the Invention By installing the surface heater in the oven so that the slit surface provided on the parallel flange of the surface heater contacts the oven soil wall, the contact area between the surface heater and the open oven wall is minimized, and the surface At the same time, it reduces heat dissipation from the heater to the open storage wall and improves thermal efficiency.
The slits provided in the parallel flange prevent radio waves from entering between the surface heater and the open storage wall, thereby preventing the surface heater itself from becoming a load on radio waves, improving the efficiency of radio waves. It has an extremely excellent practical effect.
