したレベルセンサに於いて、前記圧電振動子と流
動体との間に間隙を形成するための可撓性部材を
備え、該可撓性部材を介して前記流動体の圧力変
化を前記振動子の振動節近傍に加えるための圧力
伝達部材を設け、この圧力伝達部材をゴム材等の
弾性部材で形成して前記圧電振動子に線接触状態
で配装するように構成したことを特徴とする流動
