More specifically, it relates to mats that mainly use synthetic resin foam sheets or carpets as the mat body, such as bath mats used in bathrooms, mats for bathing, kitchen mats, entrance mats, and leisure mats.

There was a drawback that it could slide out of position. For this reason, there is an extremely high demand for mats that have an anti-slip effect, and there have been several inventions regarding mats using suction cups etc.
47435, 55-47436, 55-47437, etc.). However, these devices cannot be expected to have sufficient adhesion to the relatively small uneven surfaces of tile floors in bathrooms, etc., or they use pressure-sensitive adhesives, so they are difficult to install, and they do not last long after long-term use. There was a risk that the adhesion strength would decrease.

The foam sheet is made of a foam such as ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polyurethane, synthetic rubber, or a mixture thereof, and polyethylene foam is particularly preferred. This synthetic resin foam sheet may be a single-layer sheet, but it may also be a lamination of multiple foam sheets with different thicknesses, colors, or expansion ratios, and may also be laminated with a film or fabric on the surface. It also includes printed or embossed items. In addition, products with irregularities on the surface created using a heat molding method and those with grooves for drainage on the bottom surface are also eligible.

By pasting a flat sheet 4 (liner sheet) to the surface on the recess forming side to close the openings of each recess, each hollow convex portion 7 becomes an independent air chamber 3 in which air is trapped. It is of structure. It is preferable that the cardboard-like plastic sheet 2 in the present invention has a convex air chamber 3 formed on one side as shown in FIG.

By continuously vacuum or pressure forming the sheet as a molded sheet 5, and then continuously supplying and bonding the liner sheet 4 to the 5 side of the molded sheet, it is possible to continuously manufacture a long sheet. can.

Although there are no particular restrictions on the diameter and height of each cylindrical shape, the preferred shape is about 3 to 15 mm in diameter and 2 to 10 mm in height.
Also, how the cylinders are arranged, the distance between adjacent cylinders,
The ratio of the area occupied by the cylinder to the total area may be arbitrary, but the preferred area ratio is about 20 to 60%.

Use it on the floor with the side facing down. As a result, the mat does not actually slip on the floor surface, so the danger of the mat slipping and falling can be almost completely prevented, and there is no possibility that the mat will deviate from its fixed position on the floor surface.

ことが大いに関係しているものと考えられる。 The reason why the mat made of laminated cardboard-like plastic sheets 2 has an anti-slip effect is that the material of the cardboard-like plastic sheets 2 itself is made of a non-slip resin. Since the lower surface 6 is finished relatively thin, the lower surface 6 of each air chamber 3 due to contraction of the internal air.
This is largely related to the fact that the concave lower surface 6 of each air chamber 3 exhibits a kind of suction cup effect due to the weight of the entire mat or the pressure of stepping on the mat when it comes into contact with the floor surface. considered to be a thing.

的にもすぐれる。 Furthermore, when the mat of the present invention is used as a bath mat, hot water flowing between the mat and the floor flows smoothly through the spaces between the convex air chambers 3 of the cardboard-like plastic sheet 2, resulting in good drainage. Because it is breathable, any wetness between the mat and the floor will dry within a short period of time, making it highly hygienic.
