Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable transfer of heat for a long distance by holding the temperature of a main heat pipe about at a specified value, by a method wherein an inner pipe and an outer pipe are disposed to the inside and the outside of the main heat pipe. CONSTITUTION:An inner pipe 1, a main heat pipe 2 located outsidfe the inner heat pipe, and an outer heat pipe 3 situated outside the main pipe are concentrically located in order named. In a heat absorbing part, the inner pipe 1 is longmost, and theend part of the main heat pipe 2 located thereoutside is connected in an enclosed manner to the outer peripheral surface of the inner heat pipe 1 to form the heat absorbing part. Further, the end part of the shortmost outer heat pipe 3 is connected in an enclosed manner to the outer peripheral surface of the main heat pipe 2. In the radiating part, the main heat pipe 2 is longmost and wraps the inner heat pipe 1, and the end part of the outer heat pipe 3 located thereoutside is connected in an enclosed manner to the outer peripheral surface of the main heat pipe 2 to form the radiating part.

(Prior Art and Problems to be Solved) Conventional heat pipes are composed of a single-walled pipe, such as a copper pipe or stainless steel pipe, in which a working liquid such as water or methanol is sealed inside a container with both ends sealed. When heat is transferred over a long distance using such a heat pipe, heat radiation or absorption occurs along the way, making it impossible to efficiently transfer the heat from the heat source to the destination remote location.

As mentioned above, in a heat pipe constructed of triple tubes, each heat pipe (1) (2) absorbs heat in section A, and the heat travels parallel to the tube toward section B in the direction of the arrow. The heat of the main heat pipe (2) is radiated at the BIBS. The heat of the one-way heat pipe (1) and the external heat pipe (3+ is transferred to the main heat pipe ■, and compensates for the drop in temperature of the main heat pipe ■. Furthermore, an external heat pipe ■ is formed outside the main heat pipe ■. In addition, heat insulation! remains constant, allowing heat transfer over long distances.

Figure 2 (A) shows an example of a group wick Qcj, and it is only necessary to groove the outer surfaces of the container (4) of the inner heat pipe (1) and the container (6) of the main heat pipe (■), making it extremely easy to perform precise machining. Furthermore, it can be applied continuously to a long pipe.Furthermore, Fig. 2 (b) shows an example of a wick (Is') made of mesh or ultrafine fibers, which can be applied to the container (4) described above.
All you need to do is to place these fibers on the outer surface of the container (4) (a) and secure them with a band or the like on top of the container (4) (a). It can be applied to long pipes.

(Effects of the Invention) According to the heat pipe of the present invention described above, it has a triple tube structure in which the inner heat pipe and the outer heat pipe are arranged inside and outside the main heat pipe, so the outer heat pipe absorbs the heat of the main heat pipe. In addition to acting as a resistance, the heat of Ml can be transferred to the main heat pipe by the inner and outer heat pipes to keep it warm, so the temperature of the main heat pipe can be kept approximately constant and long-distance heat transfer is possible.
