蓋の上部ら収縮してしまい落蓋を得ることはできなかっ
た6更に二輪延伸フィルムを熱成形方法により二次熱収
縮性を有する封かん材を作成し、該封かん材を加熱によ
り二次収縮させる方法として特開昭58−20620号
公報等があるが、この方法においても同様に落蓋を得る
ことはできなかった。

(発明の目的) 本発明は、バージンシール性を有し、且凹状の落蓋がで
きないかと種々検討し、部分加熱方式を採用することに
より熱収縮性フィルムを成形すると凹状形の状態を維持
できる落蓋材を得ることを見出し、又該落蓋材を用いて
容器を封かんし、バージン性を有する容器を得る方法を
完成したものである。

よりもほや熱収縮性を示さない立上り部(3)及び熱収
縮性を有する底部(4)からなる落蓋材(1)が製造さ
れる。この場合真空成形の替りに圧空、真空圧空、プラ
グアシスト成形法においても同様に本発明の落蓋材は製
造される。ここで重要なポイントは成形のために伸ばさ
れたのは二軸延伸フィルムの落蓋の立上り部となる付近
だけでありプランジ部(2)及び底部(4)の厚みは成
形前とはぼ同じ厚さを有し、該熱収縮性フィルムの延伸

フィルムの予熱部分のみカ弓1伸ばされ、前記方法と同
様な熱収縮性を有する落蓋材のプランジ部(2)、非熱
収縮性の立上り部(3)及び熱収縮性を有する底部(4
)よりなる落蓋材(1)が得られる。

れた落蓋は該落蓋を破らない限り、開封は不可能で充分
なバージン性を保持できると共に、凹状形のため積み重
ねもできるという効果も得られる。
