せずに、折り目部より折りたたむ様に容器胴形状に沿わ
しフィルムをプリーツ状の形状にする事を特徴とする、
ツバ付き容器のキャッピング方法である。

当て、フィルムを収縮させて、ツバ付き容器のツバ部分
に密着させシールするが、容器ツバ裏下、以下は全く熱
収縮させない状態に保つ。

不揃いも改良されプリーツ形状の折り目も周囲均等化さ
れ、全体的に商品価値の高い外観が得られ品質向上が得
られるばかりでなく、今までの様に紐状のものでシール
することがなく生産効率のアップ及びコストダウンも計
る事が出来る。

成し、ツバ付き容器の開口部に該成形カット蓋を被せ、
容器開口部のツバ部の外周縁部を折り目部より折り畳
み、容器の胴形状にそわし、プリーツ(ひだ)状の形状
とし、容器開口部(容器天面部)及び容器ツバ部の下部
を熱風から遮蔽するため50℃以下に保持できる遮蔽冷却
板で冷却保護しつつ、容器のツバ部周辺にのみ熱風を吹
き付け加熱収縮させることによりキャッピングすること
を特徴とするツバ付き容器のキャッピング方法。
