ンス用モールド端子板に関する。

垂直に埋設し、一端を巻線からげ端子、他端を取
付端子として端子板1を形成する。同図bは同図
aの端子板1を用いたトランスの側面図で、端子
板1にトランス巻線本体3を搭載して巻線端末を
端子に接続して成る。このトランスは端子のから
げ部分4,4′がトランス巻線体3と同一面にあ
るため、端子間隔より大きなトランス巻線体を搭
載できない。又、巻線端末からげ時およびトラン
ス実装時における機械的強度を得るために端子埋
設厚h1および側厚t1をある程度以上薄くできな
い。従つてトランス巻線体を小さくしても端子板
が小さくならず、結果として、この構造でのトラ
ンスの小形化が難しい。又巻線端末からげ部分
4,4′がトランス巻線体3の側近にあるための
巻線端末末処理が非常にやりにくく、結果として
高価なトランスになる。

を大きくすればトランスは高くなり、巻線体とバ
ランスが取れなくなり、更に他実装部品との高さ
のバランスが取れなくなる。又、側厚t2を大きく
しようとすれば取付端子が中央に寄り、実装が出
来なくなつたり、端子が中央に寄るため、トラン
スが機械的力に対して弱くなつてくる。
